Doug Gough got his start in web development while working as a systems administrator for a private K-12 school. As the technological needs of the school grew, it became apparent that the commercially available solutions for system management were too expensive, and so began his involvement with open source software, and especially PHP web applications.

When given the task of redeveloping the school’s online portal, he tried many content management systems, and eventually settled on Drupal. Since then, PHP/Drupal development has been his vocational passion, providing him with the opportunity to combine art and science to create real solutions.

Doug has been a part of ImageX since February 2008, and is excited to grow with the company.

When not programming, Doug is playing his Stratocaster, cooking, playing soccer and hanging out with his friends.
