Vanessa is our brilliant Solution Architect, Client Service Manager and unofficial office house mother. As Solution Architect, she guides our clients and their projects through every step of the web design and development experience – from business case, to information architecture of the site, to the post-launch training and support. As Client Service Manager, she tries to make this process as client-friendly as possible! And as office house mother – well, that mostly involves organizing the office recycling and bringing in brownies when the Canucks lose.

Vanessa’s background is as varied as her skill set. Before ImageX, she was an art director, photo editor, web consultant and designer – and flew the friendly skies as a flight attendant, which explains her uncanny aptitude for customer service. Vanessa is also an active cancer advocate and spokesperson and has organized national conferences for young women with breast cancer. Vanessa has studied multimedia at the University of British Columbia and Project Management at Simon Fraser University.

Vanessa outside ImageX: I’m very interested in sustainable/green living. I’m also a visual artist, and recently took part in my second Mural Mosaic project. I’m obsessed with certain colours and textures – like Drupal blue! – and once planted an all-purple veggie garden.
