The British Columbia Law Institute is a non-profit organization with a mandate to simplify and modernize legislation. The institute has also established the Canadian Centre for Elder Law Studies (CCELS), the International Law Reform Group (ILRG) and the Canadian Journal of Elder Law (CJEL).
