The F.A.R. (Future Arts Research) initiative at Arizona State University was created to enhance the environment for the arts in Phoenix and region by advancing a public conversation through accessible professional artistic initiatives of excellence.

F.A.R. events, commissions and their Artist in Residence program engage thinkers, artists, and practitioners both from Arizona and around the world.  The new website required an unique, edgy design as well as an easy-to-update content management system to showcase and archive F.A.R. lectures, research documents, performances, and other artistic forms of expression, making them available to a larger audience. The site includes an Art Project Listing System, Events Calendar & Listing and a Arizona Hot Spots feature that uses a Google map to display area attractions as clickable markers.
