I want to thank you all for everything you did to help us with building our sites, and with the launch, you have been absolutely wonderful to work with! We are extremely pleased. Feedback from the BMS and DSCB communities here at UCSF has been very positive. Everyone thinks the sites look wonderful, and they are finding them very easy to navigate. I know we still have a bit of work to do, but I wanted to let you know how pleased and grateful we are for your assistance and support with this project.
Our sites are more than just a pretty face. What good is a hot design if you canʼt find the information you need? We design sites with the user in mind. From features to navigation, from copywriting to typography and design: everything about your site matters to users. Our goal is nothing short of an overwhelmingly positive experience from the first click to the last. And so we do our homework – we listen to our clients and their users and combine what we learn with our knowledge of web usability and information architecture. And voila – a place for everything and everything in its place, all wrapped up in a beautiful package.
We agree with James T. Kirk: we donʼt believe in no-win scenarios. At the root of our passion for innovation is always the question, ‘How can we make this better for our client?’ If the existing solutions aren’t good enough, weʼll create a better one.
We donʼt believe in goodbyes. In fact, we believe the end of a project is really just the beginning. One of the benefits of dynamic, Drupal-powered websites is that content can easily be added and maintained in-house. While organizations no longer need to “phone the web company” for simple tasks, keeping a robust software application secure and running smoothly requires a level of vigilance and expertise. Beyond that, organizations always need to be thinking about user demands, the latest web trends and how to engage visitors online.
