Purchasing Support & Training

Once your site is set up, we understand that this doesn’t mean that all of the work is complete. Sites often need ongoing maintenance and updates. It is for this reason that we have set up a system for maintenance and support for our clients.

With our maintenance contracts, clients can purchase a certain amount of hours and then those hours will be used to complete any updates or changes to their site. Usually, contracts are set up for 10 or 20 hours of support, and when the hours are close to running out, we will notify you so we can renew your contract with more hours.

The benefits of setting up a maintenance contract is that your requests for changes will be given top priority and if they’re just minor changes, we’ll aim to have them completed within a 24 hour time frame.
