Sandra is a digital business analyst with a Project Management background. As an Agile-believer, she is passionate about self-organized teams that are the key to developing remarkable products. People oriented, Sandra always seeks ways to improve team spirit and motivation.

Sandra has been working in the IT industry since 2010, starting her career as project coordinator in a System Integrator working with Financial Institutions and Manufacturing Enterprises. Having evolved into Project Manager, she practised Agile approaches to software development, and later enriched her experience with Business Analysis skills. She is a continuous learner and is focused on constant self-development.
