HTML newsletters are a great way to advertise to a targeted audience. With our attractive HTML templates and mail out system, you’ll be able to send your audience important updates and information.
To order a customized newsletter template, contact us and we’d be happy to set you up.
1. To get started with a new campaign, login at http://imagex.createsend.com/login.aspx (If you have not received your login information, please let us know and we’d be happy to pass on that info to you). This is where you will manage your subscriber lists, and all of your email campaigns.
2. Before you create and send out a email campaign, you’ll need subscribers. Click on the Manage Subscribers tab. You’ll be able to create a list of subscribers and then add new subscribers. You can add subscribers one by one, or you can add multiple subscribers by clicking on the add more than one link under the Add to the list button.

Alternatively, you can import them from a file. Please note the rules for adding subscribers to your lists. Addresses can be imported from Outlook, Outlook Express, ACT!, Goldmine, Excel, and Mac Address Book. For formats other than Excel, please see this page on supported formats.
3. Once you’ve created a list of subscribers, you’re ready to send out your first campaign. Click on Create a new campaign in the right sidebar, and then enter the Name of the campaign, the Campaign Subject, the From Name, From Email, and Reply-to Address.

4. Next, you will be able to choose to send the newsletter out using the template we designed for you, or as a text only email. In Step 2.2, please enter your text.

5. After you’ve saved your changes, the Campaign Snapshot will show you all of the details and you’ll be able to make any adjustments to your newsletter.
6. In Step 4.1 you’ll be able to send a test email to yourself so you can see how your newsletter will appear to its recipients.
7. Once you’ve checked the email, you can go onto Step 4.2 and choose from the delivery options.
8. Click on Send my campaign now, and you’re done!
The Overview will show records of campaigns you’ve sent and you can resend existing campaigns too. Feel free to explore the interface, and if you ever get stuck, check out the Help link at the top right of the page.
