Claire Moller

Claire is a senior service and user experience designer with over 20 years of experience designing user-centred digital services across government, healthcare, and technology organizations. She specializes in helping complex, high-stakes services become more accessible, inclusive, and usable for the people who rely on them.

Claire brings deep expertise in qualitative research and service design, including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and co-design workshops. She works closely with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into clear, actionable design decisions, whether that involves re-architecting information, shaping product strategy, or supporting large-scale digital transformation.

Much of Claire’s work has focused on public sector and regulated environments, where she has led UX and service design initiatives for provincial health services, justice systems, registries, and SaaS platforms. She is particularly experienced in accessibility-driven design, including WCAG compliance, plain-language content, and approaches that better support neurodivergent users.

A Certified Scrum Product Owner, Claire is comfortable working within Agile delivery teams and bridging technical and non-technical perspectives. She is known for her calm, thoughtful facilitation style and her ability to help organizations align around real user needs, resulting in services that are not only functional, but trusted and humane.
