She is a certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master with years of Agile and Scrum experience. She guides clients through change by ensuring stakeholders feel informed, supported, and confident in adopting and using their new product. 

With a solid technical foundation and a calm, direct communication style, Jacquie aligns stakeholders, product, design, and engineering around shared outcomes. She is known for translating business goals into actionable, testable requirements; facilitating discovery and workshops; and maintaining high-quality documentation that drives confident decision-making. 

Having worked on both the client and agency sides of web development, she builds trust quickly, anticipates risks early, and enables teams to deliver practical solutions that meet real user and business needs. 

On weekends, Jacquie loves driving to the Annapolis Valley for a glass of wine or visiting new cafés where she can try different specialty coffees.
