Megan Bower

Megan is a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is always passionate about the candidate experience. She has over 7 years of experience working within recruitment and human resources in the technology industry. After completing her Business Administration Diploma and Marketing and Sales Certificate with the University of the Fraser Valley, Megan started her career in recruitment as a Technology Recruiter within the staffing agency space. After nearly 2 years as an external recruiter, Megan jumped at the chance to work internally for a digital agency as a Talent Recruiter. After 3 years, Megan decided to spend a year traveling through Central America and Australia. During her time in Melbourne, Megan worked as a Talent Engagement Specialist for a technology consultancy. Upon Megan’s return to Vancouver, she rejoined the digital agency as People Operations Manager until she and her husband welcomed their son. As Megan continues to develop her career and passion for recruitment, she has joined the ImageX team as Talent Acquisition Specialist and is excited to help the team grow!

In her off-hours, Megan is working towards completing a Human Resources Management Program with BCIT and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and son. As an avid traveler, Megan has visited many amazing places and has many more on her travel list.
