Michael brings 15 years of public sector experience, ranging from​ ​crown corporations, executive government, insurance and public​ ​broadcast.

Involved in digital transformation initiatives from the development,​ ​testing, research, service design, and project planning​ ​perspectives, Michael has managed and built a team of IT and creative professionals.

His passion is diagnosing, and solving complex business​ ​problems through a user-centric lens delivered through Content​ ​Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management,​ ​authentication platforms and cloud technology.​ 

​Outside of work, Michael is a cat dad to two rescues and enjoys​ ​home renovations and cinema.
