Michael brings 15 years of public sector experience, ranging from crown corporations, executive government, insurance and public broadcast.
Involved in digital transformation initiatives from the development, testing, research, service design, and project planning perspectives, Michael has managed and built a team of IT and creative professionals.
His passion is diagnosing, and solving complex business problems through a user-centric lens delivered through Content Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management, authentication platforms and cloud technology.
Outside of work, Michael is a cat dad to two rescues and enjoys home renovations and cinema.
