Oleksandr Kuksenko

Oleksandr is passionate about the open web and the technology that it's driven by. Since 2009, he has been fortunate to get in touch with artifacts such as HTML 4.0, Joomla, Zend Framework 1, ExtJS, and beloved Magento eCommerce 1, Drupal 6. Later on, he put his computer aside and joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces to serve his country. There he mastered a new specialty of UAV operator, participated in reconnaissance and fire adjustment operations. After retirement, he spent one more year in the volunteer army drone repairs centre. Then he decided to return to his beloved web dev occupation and found his new home at ImageX as a Software Developer. He is very happy about how technology developed through those years and enjoys working with new and shiny gears daily, in a great team of bright and talented people. In his spare time, he likes to ride his bicycle, read science fiction and fantasy books, build electronic devices and learn about data science.
