CSIO Case Study

Overview
CSIO (Centre for Study of Insurance Operations) is a Canadian organization that develops technology standards and solutions to improve digital efficiency in the insurance industry. It helps insurers, brokers, and software providers streamline workflows and enhance customer experiences.
What They Needed
The client needed a website redesign to enhance UX, security, and interactivity. Their goal was to modernize the site and deliver a high-performing product using an agile approach.
How We Helped
We conducted an in-depth discovery, design phase, agile development, extensive UAT, and refined the client’s content strategy to provide a successful launch.
We implemented a feature where users can submit feedback through a contact form via a dashboard, as well as a comprehensive dashboard for authenticated users; including user-only resources and features.
Our team also created 3 training webinars to help members better understand how to use digital strategy through easy-to-follow technical advice. These sessions were used as part of CSIO’s provincial accreditation training for their broker members and trained members about search engine optimization and introduced the new Google Analytics platform, GA4.

The Results
The client’s website became a visually-engaging, mobile-friendly, user-centered experience that engages both current and prospective members. The site is a welcoming, universally accessibility-compliant experience and reflects the inclusive culture of CSIO.
The client now has the ability to easily track KPIs, alongside a content strategy that engages key audiences and increases engagement and user satisfaction.
CSIO members are required to complete a set level of training each year. The ImageX team supported this by conducting several training webinars for their membership. Below are the attendance numbers for key sessions:
SEO Session (July 7, 2021): 150 attendees
Keyword Discovery Session (November 3, 2021): 154 attendees
GA 4 Session (September 14, 2022): 119 attendees
