Overview
We provided website support services for an accredited health sciences institution located in Oakland, California. The University offers degrees in nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, physician assistant, and podiatric medicine, as well as provides enriching real-world learning opportunities.
We provided assistance with updating their website on a regular basis and long term management, as well as executed a website upgrade from Drupal 8 to Drupal 9 and updated the firm's database to MariaDB version 10.3.
What They Needed
Samuel Merritt was looking for a partner who could provide additional support for their website outside of their in-house team. They needed an organization with the technical expertise required to maintain their Drupal website and complete an upgrade from Drupal 8 to 9. The client also seeked guidance in effective storytelling and SEO improvements.
How We Helped
We helped Samuel Merritt upgrade from Drupal 8.11 to Drupal 9.3.14, upgrade their database system MariaDB to the latest version and a RHEL Server Update (Apache, PHP, MySQL database). We also provided support for SEO improvements and training sessions for Layout Builder. We now continue to work with the team to provide ongoing support for their site.
