IXM launches Drupal-built Common Craft Store

Common Craft is the social media consulting company behind the popular “…In Plain English” Video Series. These short, simple videos – such as the popular RSS in plain English, Wikis in plain English, and Twitter in plain English, focus on making complex technical ideas easy to understand. Common Craft have made custom videos for such high profile clients as Microsoft, Google and MeetUp.

The Common Craft website, used primarily for blogging and video publishing, is built around The Common Craft Store , which offers a library of videos that are focused on helping influencers and educators create change through better explanations. When Common Craft decided to begin licensing their videos for corporate and eductional use, they asked ImageX Media to help transform their existing website with a design upgrade and an Ubercart custom store.

The new design provides a unified look and feel throughout, with Drupal allowing addition of new videos and blogs with ease. The “Tagadelic“ tag cloud feature makes a weighted link cloud from a collection of key word links, and embedded media field integrates various 3rd party content providers.
