The expertise used to recognize outstanding workplace cultures through certification programs, comes from a strategic, data driven, and systemic approach.

Certification

The Great Place to Work® Canadian certification is rewarded based on qualifying levels of trust within our company and benchmarks our culture against the Canadian standard for a great workplace. The Trust Index© survey is based on the Great Place to Work® Trust Model©, which defines a great workplace as one where “employees trust the people they work for, have pride in the work they do, and enjoy the people with whom they work.”

Our Results

We are delighted to share that our employees’ responses to the Trust Index® survey averaged 93% across 5 key areas: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie.

Our overall Trust Index© score, used for our certification, is the average of all 63 survey statements. 94% of our employees responded “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work” to the Great Place To Work statement.
